Molson Coors Wholesale sells over 2000 products to independent pubs, clubs and hotels in the UK.

.Molson Coors UK were planning to launch a new promotional incentive that provided customers with a discount off their satellite television package if they agreed to stock Molson Coors products.
With thousands of independent customers and over a hundred salespeople, Molson Coors needed a system that would allow them to manage the commercial agreements in order to ensure customers met the required terms and conditions and the agreements were recorded and traceable.

Solution

MRM created a local marketing automation system that allows Molson Coors sales people to create a customised, branded commercial customer proposal. Salespeople can quickly and easily create a bespoke proposal that includes the specific terms of the deal including start/end dates, duration, financial investments and product volume forecasts.

A sophisticated backend management system allows Molson Coors to track the specifics of each proposal document and use the data created to update their satellite television partner.

The system also allows them to record the initial volume forecast for each customer and the level of investment the sales person plans to make. By comparing their sales data with their original forecast and investments, Molson Coors can determine the ROI of each customer.
